Billing and subscriptions

For questions about plan changes, renewals, charges, or refunds, include the email tied to your TabMaster login and any receipt ID. We cannot share billing details for accounts we cannot verify.

Account access

If you are having trouble signing in, tell us which login method you use (e.g., Google) and whether you are authorizing from the desktop app or web. We can help re-establish access to your subscription.

What helps us help you

  • macOS version and browser versions (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Brave).
  • What you were doing when the issue occurred (searching, switching, previewing).
  • If relevant, whether screen-recording permission was granted for live previews.
  • Screenshot or short clip of the behavior (optional).
